Rare Earths & Minerals Sands

Rare Earths (RE) are key elements used to make permanent magnets for electric mobility in EVs and PHEVs, robotics, drones and defense technologies. They are a grouping of 17 elements on the periodic table and are a vital part of the manufacturing supply chain.

Mineral Sand materials include titanium and zircon, which have industrial uses in paint and ceramics.  They come from heavy mineral sand mining and are frequently processed on site at the mines, which also produces a byproduct used by Energy Fuels as a low-cost rare earth feedstock called monazite.
