Oscar German
Oscar German serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, where he leads the Company’s global people strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, total rewards, labor relations, culture, and workforce planning in support of the Company’s long-term business objectives.
Oscar brings more than 25 years of global executive leadership experience spanning publicly traded, private equity-backed, and privately held organizations. Throughout his career, he has lived internationally as an expatriate and led global businesses, executive teams, and workforces across more than 26 countries throughout Europe, the Americas, Australia, Africa, and Asia. His firsthand international experience provides a deep understanding of global operations, diverse cultures, and the leadership required to build high-performing organizations in complex business environments.
Prior to joining the Company, Oscar held senior executive human resources leadership positions with leading multinational organizations, including BHP, Holland Chemical International, Seahawk Drilling, Elementia USA, and RigNet. As a former Chief Human Resources Officer and corporate officer of publicly traded companies, he has served as a trusted advisor to CEOs, Boards of Directors, and Compensation Committees on executive compensation, succession planning, governance, organizational transformation, and enterprise workforce strategy.
Oscar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he is recognized for aligning people strategies with business priorities, developing exceptional leadership teams, and fostering high-performance cultures that drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
