Paralegal
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to estate planning, environmental law, and family law. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and proficiency in legal research and documentation. The Paralegal will support attorneys by conducting legal research, preparing documents, and managing case files.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
In collaboration with the Corporate Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary and the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary:
- Improving, maintaining and ensuring the efficient organization of all corporate governance and legal records, including finalizing and filing all board and committee-approved meeting minutes and resolutions on an ongoing basis and preparing annual form resolutions for company subsidiaries.
- Assisting in the drafting and filing of certain continuous and periodic disclosure documents for the company and its subsidiaries, such as annual reports to maintain entities in good standing and public company required disclosures.
- Assisting with due diligence and preparing certain aspects of corporate transactions.
- Assisting in the preparation of meeting materials and coordinating corporate functions/board dinners.
- Drafting and mailing correspondence and other documents on behalf of the legal department.
- Assisting in the management of insider reporting obligations and related securities filings and certifications.
- Supporting or overseeing the administration of mining and land titles, leases, claims and royalties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Preferred
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program preferred, or a combination of education and/or experience
- At least 5 years’ experience as a paralegal in corporate law in a publicly traded company
- Ability to independently manage several files at once
- Strong analytical skills, ability to handle confidential matters with discretion, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mine Planning & Design
- Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term mine plans aligned with production targets and Life-of-Mine (LOM) strategy.
- Design pit layouts, underground development, and extraction sequences to optimize ore recovery and minimize dilution.
- Conduct scheduling, sequencing, and fleet optimization using mine planning software (e.g., Surpac, Vulcan, MineSight).
- Conduct scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies in compliance with S-K 1300 and NI 43-101
- Monitor and evaluate mine performance to ensure adherence to budget and production targets.
- Work with corporate and operations leaders to maintain safety procedures and environmental standards.

Technical Support & Analysis

- Prepare resource and reserve models in line with S-K 1300, NI 43-101, or other applicable reporting codes.
Compliance & Safety
- Work with corporate and operations leaders to ensure all mining activities comply with local, state, and federal mining regulations, safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations as needed.
- Contribute to regulatory reporting and permit applications.
Project & Cost Management
- Support mine development projects, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Assist with CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Analyze drilling and blasting data to improve fragmentation and minimize costs.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.

Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent registration.
- Qualified Person (QP) for underground mining operations.
- Blasting or ventilation certification (if applicable to site).
Experience:
- Minimum 7–10 years of mine engineering experience (open-pit or underground).
- Proven track record in mine planning, design, and project execution.
- Experience in mentoring, team leadership, and interdepartmental collaboration.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with automation and emerging mining technologies.
- Strong analytical skills, including cost modeling and technical evaluation.

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of equipment in support of overall production goals. The Maintenace Mechanic must be familiar with equipment operation, lubrication, field repair, and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment, diesel engines and hydraulic systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains, diagnoses and repairs all mobile underground equipment including; diesel engines, transmissions, drive train components, high pressure pumps, centrifugal pumps, air compressors, microprocessor controls, electro-mechanical equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, 12/24v electrical systems, equipment cabs and controls, chassis and suspension, rims, tires and wheels.
- Schedule and complete PMs including scheduled hour services, changing fluids, filters, inspections and other component checks.
- Perform welding and fabrication duties (frame repairs, brackets, body work, etc.)
- Complete required maintenance reports and logs.
- Other tasks as directed by the Maintenance Foreman or Supervisors.
- ATF Clearance is mandatory for employees around or handling explosives.

Mechanical Engineer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and facilities within a uranium and rare earth element milling and processing facility. This role involves ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operation of equipment used in, grinding, leaching, solid-liquid separation, and drying processes associated with uranium and rare earth element production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, evaluate, and optimize mechanical systems and equipment used in milling, leaching, and processing uranium ore.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans for critical equipment such as crushers, mills, pumps, conveyors, and dryers.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure equipment and process compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, especially regarding radiation safety and hazardous materials handling.
- Collaborate with process engineers, operations teams, and maintenance personnel to improve plant efficiency and reliability.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance documentation, and safety procedures.
- Support capital projects, including equipment upgrades and new installations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial mechanical engineering; experience in mining, milling, or chemical processing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems used in mineral processing, including pumps, piping systems, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and rotating equipment.
