The merger of Energy Fuels and Magnum Uranium Corp. was successfully completed effective June 30, 2009. With the closing of this transaction, Magnum shareholders became shareholders of Energy Fuels on the basis of 0.78 shares of Energy Fuels for each Magnum common share held.
