Energy Fuels Inc. (TSX-EFR) (“Energy Fuels” or the “Company“) is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen P. Antony as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Antony has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Energy Fuels since late 2006 and has been an integral part of Energy Fuels’ senior management team. Steve was hand picked by Energy Fuels’ founder, George Glasier, to provide day to day direction of Company activities, and to oversee all operational details, and he participated in the early planning and development of the Company. His long term industry participation and knowledge were instrumental in assembling the Energy Fuels management team, and he also played a key role in the $30.1 million (Canadian) private placement closed in December, 2006.

George Glasier, founder, and former President and CEO, resigned from both his senior management role and his Director’s seat with Energy Fuels, effective March 31, 2010. Mr. Glasier was the central figure in 2005 at the beginning of Energy Fuels Resources Corp., the Colorado subsidiary of Energy Fuels, Inc. and he led the Energy Fuels December, 2006 private placement. Among Mr. Glasier’s many significant contributions to Energy Fuels were assembling a first class management team, acquiring a portfolio of valuable uranium resource and mill properties, and leading the application process for the Montrose County Special Use Permit and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Radioactive Materials License for Energy Fuels’ Piñon Ridge Mill to be built in western Montrose County Colorado. The mill license is expected to be granted early in 2011.

The Energy Fuels’ Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Glasier for his contributions during the evolution of Energy Fuels. Mr. Glasier will continue to provide his uranium industry expertise as a Special Consultant to The Board of Directors of Energy Fuels through December 31, 2011.

Upon his resignation, Mr. Glasier stated, “I appreciate the opportunity to build Energy Fuels from a concept to a viable uranium company. Although stepping down from the demanding role of President and CEO, I will continue to contribute the best I can to see Energy Fuels realize my goal for the Company and become a major, vertically integrated producer of uranium and vanadium.”
