Energy Fuels Inc. (TSX-EFR) (“Energy Fuels” or the “Company“), an advanced uranium and vanadium development company, learned late Tuesday of a complaint in District Court, City and County of Denver, Colorado, brought by Sheep Mountain Alliance out of Telluride, Colorado. That complaint names the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment as Defendant, and Energy Fuels’ Colorado subsidiary, Energy Fuels Resources Corp. as an Indispensible Party and alleges improprieties in the January 5, 2011, issuance of the Radioactive Materials License for the Company’s Piñon Ridge Uranium Mill.
Steve Antony, President and CEO of Energy Fuels stated that, “Upon review by the Company we find that the complaint has no merit.”
