Effective as of January 1, 2016, the Company became as “U.S. domestic issuer” for SEC reporting purposes and is now required to comply with SEC reporting obligations applicable to U.S. companies, including filing its Annual Reports on Form 10-K and Interim Reports on Form 10-Q.  Prior to this time, Energy Fuels was a “foreign private issuer” and filed its annual and interim reports in accordance with Canadian reporting standards, including Annual and Interim Financial Statements and Managements’ Discussion and Analyses and Annual Information Forms.
